Promemoria

HISTORY AS COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

Since 2011, we have partnered with major companies and institutions to recover, protect, and unlock the value of their historical and cultural heritage. We operate at the intersection of humanism and technology, strategy and operations, identity and innovation. To us, heritage is not static memory but generative energy: the bridge connecting roots and vision, past and future.
We are not a traditional consulting firm.
We are not a software house.
We are not simply a service provider.
We are a strategic partner that integrates multi-disciplinary expertise to manage the entire heritage value chain: from analysis and design to implementation and operational execution.

We believe that an archive is not merely a place for preservation, but a true strategic infrastructure. It safeguards identity, knowledge, human capital, and vision. When structured correctly, it becomes an active tool for governance, positioning, and growth.

Palazzina Porta Bava

Torino, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 44

Working with memory requires inspiration, a spark in the mind’s eye. That is why we have chosen a fabulous historic building in the heart of Turin as our home, where echoes of the history of Martini & Rossi still resound. The main entrance is located on what was originally known as the “Corso del Re,” renamed Corso Vittorio Emanuele II in 1882, a tree-lined avenue that runs in the same direction as the cardus maximus of the ancient Roman town of Taurinorum. At number 44, past the elegant portico, lies the gardens of a typical suburban villa, the Palazzina Porta Bava, designed in neoclassical style by Gaetano Lombardi in 1825.

PALAZZINA PORTA BAVA

Almost hidden, deeply immersed in the city center. Our headquarters, called the Palazzina Porta Bava, is a splendid villa dating from 1826.
A hall on the ground floor, a stone fireplace, allegorical paintings and portraits of poets, philosophers, artists and scientific personalities. Bleachers for meetings and a table soccer. We call it "Agora."
A room overlooking the porticoes of Via Pomba that takes its name from the large mid-twentieth-century card table around which Promemoria was born in 2011. Called, precisely, the "Ping Pong" room.
The hallway bears witness to the memory of our company. Small hand-painted keys all along the walls correspond to our historical clients, with the date of their founding.

Promemoria Group

Since 2011, Promemoria Group has been the leading authority in the world of heritage, historical archives, and their valorization. We recover, preserve, and organize the history of over 250 major companies and institutions, while also storytelling and unlocking its value in every way possible. We are humanists with a passion for science and scientists with a humanistic spirit: a strategic partner that transforms heritage into a living asset, bridging roots and vision, past and future.

Our uniqueness lies in the integration of three dimensions: consulting, methodology, and a digital platform. We work alongside top management to define heritage strategies aligned with business objectives, translating the analysis of historical assets into guidelines, governance models, and concrete paths for valorization. Our proprietary method, Memories, combines scientific rigor, cultural vision, and organizational capacity, structuring complex tangible and intangible assets in a solid, orderly, and scalable way. Simultaneously, our digital platform ARCHIVIO.COM makes archives accessible, searchable, and strategically usable, transforming memory into an operational tool for communication, marketing, innovation, and decision-making.

ARCHIVIO, Archivissima, and Legend are the ways Promemoria Group valorizes heritage, showcasing the extraordinary content of archives through a contemporary lens—whether through a magazine that changes its editorial team every four issues, a national festival with a format unique in Europe, or a B2B event that explores how a brand can transcend time and become a legend.
