The fashion house Emilio Pucci has long awed the world with its unique designs and characterful colours. Engaged to reorganize and tell the story of the brand, Promemoria created the Emilio Pucci digital archive.
A repository at the service of the Style, Communications, and Marketing offices, able to convey and share the distinctive tradition, history, and creativity behind the brand—this is the essence of the Emilio Pucci digital archive created by Promemoria. While working on the archive, Promemoria created Pucci Elements for Les Journées Particulières 2016, organized by LVMH, taking visitors on Pucci Elements, a virtual tour into the brand’s history and its style codes. With the publication of the archive’s website, Promemoria and the fashion house raised the curtain on an innovative new feature for accessing content, based on dynamic filters and mood boards to build new connections between site visitors, the archive, and the history of the brand. For Les Journées Particulières 2018, the five mood boards — a tribute to Bonaveri’s celebrated mannequins — were transformed by Promemoria into Instagram Stories. Promemoria’s project for the Florentine fashion house shows how heritage and digital (hi)storytelling can be interlocked and tailored to the history and identity of a brand.
